Terms of Service
These terms set out the agreement between Heipung Private Limited and the kitchens and chains that use our platform. Using Heipung means accepting them.
The service
Heipung provides software that consolidates delivery orders into one queue, displays SLA countdowns, tracks inventory and recipe costs, forecasts prep demand, and coordinates dispatch. We provide the platform - the running of your kitchen, and the accuracy of the menus, recipes and SLA windows you configure, remain yours.
Your account
You are responsible for the accounts you create and the people you invite, for keeping login credentials secure, and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Connecting delivery platforms
To consolidate orders, you authorise Heipung to connect to the delivery platforms you use. You confirm you are entitled to connect those accounts, and you can revoke any connection at any time. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Heipung to break the law or to breach the terms of a connected platform.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Do not resell or expose access to Heipung to third parties without our agreement.
Fees and plans
Paid plans are billed as agreed for your kitchen, brands and outlets. Features available on each plan are described on the Pricing page. Where a feature such as demand forecasting depends on accumulated history, its usefulness builds over time - which is a characteristic of the feature, not a fault in the service.
Availability
We work to keep the belt running through your service hours and to be transparent when something is wrong. No online service is perfect, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability - but we treat downtime during a rush with the seriousness it deserves.
Your data
Your order data, menus and history remain yours. We handle them as described in the Privacy Policy. On ending your use of Heipung, you can request export or deletion, subject to records we must retain by law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Heipung and disconnect your platforms at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, and we will aim to give reasonable notice where we can.
Liability
Heipung supports how you run your kitchen; it does not replace your own operational judgement. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes to these terms
As the platform grows, these terms may change. The current version will be available here, and where a change materially affects you we will bring it to your attention rather than rely on you to find it.
