About Heipung

It started with three tablets ringing at once.

Heipung did not begin in a strategy deck. It began on a pass, watching a good kitchen come apart under the noise of a dinner rush it could not see clearly.

A cloud kitchen at peak. Three delivery apps, three tablets, three different alert sounds - and a team that could cook anything, losing orders not because the food was slow, but because no one could hold the whole queue in their head at once.

The food was never the problem. The juggling was. An order would slip past its promised time while it sat unnoticed on the tablet nobody was watching. Prep for the next rush was a guess made from memory. And the moment an order was packed, it could sit on a shelf while a rider waited outside, unaccounted for.

None of that was a cooking failure. It was a visibility failure. The kitchen needed one belt - one place where every order from every platform lined up, showed its clock, and moved through to a rider without anyone having to chase it. So we built it.

Heipung is that belt. It is deliberately narrow: we are not trying to be every tool a restaurant owns. We are trying to be the one that makes a delivery-heavy kitchen fast, calm and consistent under pressure - and to do that one job well enough that the pass feels different from the first shift.

What we hold to

Three principles the product answers to

One queue, however many platforms

A kitchen should look at one list, not a row of tablets. If we ever make you glance at a second screen mid-rush, we have failed at the one thing we exist to do.

Visibility before the breach, not after

A report that tells you an order was late is a post-mortem. We would rather flash the warning while there is still time to save the order and the rating.

Prep forecast, not guessed

The nightly "how much should we make" deserves better than memory and mood. We put your own history behind the number and let the kitchen decide with it.

The company

Built by Heipung Private Limited

Heipung is developed and operated by Heipung Private Limited, registered in Manipur, India. We keep our credibility in the product and the way it behaves under a real rush - not in a wall of logos or borrowed quotes. The clearest way to judge us is to watch the belt run on your own numbers.

Why "one belt"

A dine-in restaurant thinks in tables. A delivery kitchen thinks in throughput - a continuous line of orders arriving, moving, and leaving. The belt is not a metaphor we chose for looks. It is how the work actually feels when it is going well.
